The layouts and type are not Host specific. That said, the unit that we ended up in overlooked the golf course which was very peaceful.

I selected this listing for Greensprings Resort because of the bed types when I saw other listings had 2 out of the 4 rooms with two twin beds. Sadly the room we were assigned also have two rooms of twin beds, so make sure to ask for the bed layout you want while checking in to avoid the same mistake.

The condo was in a prime location to support our golf weekend it was easy to get in and out of the community once you checked in. Beds were very comfortable and both units (connected) were very clean and well maintained. Furniture was comfortable and the weather was nice enough that we could all sit out on the deck and enjoy the view of the golf course. Only negative was the wifi and cable were not cooperating and this was probably out of their control we did get a text message saying it was out and would be back on at some point the day we left. Wasn't a major deal we werent their to watch tv although some last minute golf lessons on you tube would have helped us all!!!

We had trouble while checking in. One room wasn’t ready til 430 (check in is at 4) and the other room wasn’t ready until 545. The listing raves about early check in and how they will be accommodating and that was far from our experience. The WiFi did not work in one of the rooms, there wasn’t hand soap in all the bathrooms, no clean blankets and the phone did not work. We love Williamsburg but we will not stay in this place again.

Green springs resort was nice. The check-in was difficult due to a small error on the part of the clerk (sending us to the wrong building). When we were sent to the correct location, the key cards didn’t work on the locks for the building (locks were broken and in the process of being replaced which we didn’t know). Then when we got into the place, there was no WiFi or at least the signal was too weak to connect to. We ended up switching to a different set of condos the next day and from then on everything was fine. Just a bit of hassle for n the front end. The rooms were great with lots of space for a big family. We really enjoyed our time there.
