Really enjoyed our 5 night stay. Great location in Carvoeiro, and the pool was fantastic. It's well worth the €200 to heat the pool if you are going off-season, as we managed to use it everyday and even on the day of a storm (be aware that you need to decide in advance as it takes a few days to heat up). The villa itself was clean and comfortable, though as other reviewers have pointed out it is perhaps in need of a refurb (e.g. kitchen tap spout is loose, door handles missing or knobs falling off, etc). But despite this I'd be happy to come back.

The property was ideal for our family and we really enjoyed the pool area. When we could find something in the house our message was responded to very quickly. We enjoyed a lovely week at the property.

Very comfortable and functional villa in a quiet residential area. Good location for walkable access to local restaurants and town centre. 20 mins. Vale de Milho also walkable and all the kit required to play golf (9 hole par 3s) can be hired. Aldi, Intermarche and Apolonia supermarkets a short drive away. 10 mins Pool was not heated but ideal for cooling off during the very hot days. Everything you need to feel at home is provided in the villa. Front door locking mechanism was sticky but was resolved quickly by Elite Rentals. We also reported a broken door handle for the ensuite shower room and the roof terrace lights did not work for duration of our stay. The outside pool area is a wee bit tired. None of this detracted from the enjoyment of our stay or would prevent us from returning. Good value for money. Thank you Katharine and Elite Rentals.
