We are a family of 4 who stayed in Patricia's place in June'23. The villa is immaculate and is centrally located in walking distance between the Vale de Centeanes Beach and the town of Carviero. Close some great restaurants but also provides privacy with its beautiful outdoor dining/sunbathing area not to mention amazing pool for when it got too hot. Villa is spacious and clean as per the photos on website. Great responses from Patricia on any queries and couldn't recommend this place enough. Can't wait to return next year

Patricia’s place was absolutely amazing. We travelled with our 7 year old son and my 70+ year old in laws, both age ranges gave a 10/10 rating. The pool is clean and private, the view of the sea from upstairs is gorgeous. We can’t wait to visit again.

We loved staying at Casa Patricia! Patricia always kept up well informed and was really accommodating. We arrived late at night so it was a self check in that was easy enough and Patricia was kind enough and left us some complimentary food for breakfast, thank you! The villa is beautiful, we had a 2 year old and it was so safe and secure, especially around the pool there was a locked gate so he couldn’t get down to the pool on his own. The villa is a short walk to all of the restaurants and shops about 10 minutes and is in a great location. It was lovely and quiet and we really felt at home. It has everything you need in the villa to enjoy your holiday, really well equipped and the beds are extra comfy! Beautiful modern villa, don’t hesitate to book 😀 thanks Patricia, we’ll be coming back again soon xxx

Villa Patricia is a truly exceptional place, the location on the edge of Carvoeiro is great and the pool was simply amazing! Everything we needed was provided, you can park within the grounds of the property, all facilities are very high quality, the beds are really comfortable, there's so much space both inside and out and it’s all very safe and secure with electric metal shutters on all the windows and doors. The private pool is huge and exceptionally clean, we were in and out of it all week. The air conditioning in all the rooms was brilliant too, especially as it was so hot! The location is brilliant, a 10 min walk into the centre of Carvoeiro and it’s beautiful beach, and a 15-20 min walk to Centianes beach in the opposite direction. Would also highly recommend the boardwalk for stunning views over the Carvoeiro coast. We hired a car for the week and visited Slide and Splash Waterpark, Zoomarine and Lagos Zoo - all of which were brilliant and definitely worth a visit! Patricia is a fabulous host, her communication is excellent and very friendly. I would highly recommend a stay at Villa Patricia for a super, relaxing, luxurious holiday!

What a great place to stay!!! Super friendly host, lovely villa, well equipped, great location. What you see on the pictures is what you get. Definitely worth to consider Villa Patricia for your next vacation in the Algarves.
