Excellent location, stroll to the beach or short trip to town and awesome views from balcony. Excellent communications, we were also gratefully had early check in / out 10 guests /5 nights Unfortunately the downstairs smells REAL BAD, , it's has black MOULD on walls and it is very damp / sticky. There are water absorbing crystals hidden everywhere. After reviewing the reviews, this has been an issue since Ruth reviewed in July 2021 This is serious health issue requires URGENT ATTENTION. I believe the roof is being replaced soon, So I hope this assists in sorting out the damp. Great place, they should cease renting downstairs until sorted This has so much potential and awesome views

Top feature is the location with view of the ocean and the start of the estuary, the walking distance to both, proximity to the lighthouse and Margaret River. Sarah was easy to contact and friendly to deal with. The house works comfortably for larger groups, or two families. It is an older type house but well maintained and clean. We had a blissful stay with family from overseas.
