Clean, peaceful and beautiful. Very well maintained pool, lawn and spacious rooms. Very well connected, last 500 m of approach road is not good, but destination makes the journey worth it. Owner is very gracious and hospitable.

Achal's place is located about 300 meters away from the main road and a good part of this road is unpaved. So a bit of a hassle but we didn't mind it since it took us away from the noise and pollution near the main road. There is a beautiful garden with fruit trees like mango, guava, gooseberries. Flowers were plentiful in the spring season. The swimming pool was fresh and inviting and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Mosquitoes were a menace and prevented us from sitting in the lawns in the evening. The living space is a bit run down and can do with a bit of upgrading. But Achal more than made up for it with warm hospitality. We were pleasantly surprised when he brought fresh buttermilk in the morning. The bonus for us was the fact that this place was only 2 kilometers from the famous Sultanpur National Park. We visited the Park and it was an absolutely wonderful experience watching the birds in their natural habitat. Even Achal's farmhouse is frequented by lots of avian creatures.

We stayed 5 days in this property.It was very pleasent and quiet.Wonderful garden full of trees and flowers and swimming pool. Big appartment with all necessary equipments. Wifi is OK.There are some small shops in the near village at walking distance if you plan to cook.If you have a car or bike it will be even better. The property is protected and a great person is permanently there if you need something. Thanks to Achal and his employee!

Loved the property, the owner is sweet and take good care of his guest he is always available on call . The property location is perfect the view is beautiful and it’s a perfect place to spend a day with your friends as there is no disturbance.

Nice pool, bon fire, lawn experience were great. good place for small get togethers.
