Great location. Clean studio, Beach, Walgreens, Walmart, restaurants, Pina colada, public park, 24 hour grocery store all nearby. Within walking distance. Cheap Public transportation and Free Parking also available. Amenities provided was more than adequate. You can pay an additional charge for laundry, but at least it's onsite. They'll even provide detergent for you. Small, secluded outdoor patio area meant for myself was a nice touch. Considering all of the hotels in the immediate vicinity, I was shocked William's location was available. I was careful to review all of the available Airbnb listings before picking this one. Needless to say, I'm extremely happy with William's rental unit. And this is from someone who is employed in the travel industry. I'm next scheduled to return in June. Needless to say, this will be my 1st choice! Thank you William and Keila for being great hosts!

Great location. Near a very good area in Condado Beach and I enjoyed my time. It was really worth the stay.

Great place if you just want to use it as a launch pad to explore the local area. it served its purpose for us. Only complaint would be about the dogs barking next door, a bit excessive but other than that, all good.
