We have 3 Airbnb's we place at #1, and Jeff & Eileen's "Place in the Pines" is more like "Heaven in the Pines!" Aside from deer lazing about & making this a pastoral haven to enjoy, the house & attached, private rental are magnificent! The surrounding area is beautiful & their rental is secluded yet so close to amenities & Olympic National Park. The huge space is spotless & so well-appointed that you feel welcome from the moment you step in the door. All household amenities are there as well as thoughtful touches like fresh flowers, a basket of necessities if you need anything, & snacks galore (hubby & I have sweet tooths & boy we imbibed!). Aside from comfort, cleanliness, & space, there is the rooftop deck to watch stars at night & bask in the lulling sound of nature. And the hosts are so kind and generous: First we had an incredibly delicious "continental breakfast" that lasted 2 days AND they offered delicious chocolate cake later in the evening. We will go there MANY more times!

This place was fantastic. It was located right outside of downtown. It was extremely clean. The host was very welcoming and knowledgeable, and provided a complementary breakfast and cookies and brownies. The space itself was gorgeous, it had a fully stocked kitchen, great TV in the living room, comfy bed, and a rooftop deck to stargaze. The views were spectacular. We will definitely be returning.

This was a cozy home base for all the Olympic adventures I went on. The gas fireplace helped dry me out after getting soaked in the rain. The quiet neighborhood and rooftop patio allowed for peaceful star gazing. The amenities and continent breakfast were very tasty.

I think this is my favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Cute, private place above the double garage. Beautiful, serene surroundings, excellent and friendly hosts, cozy and extremely well appointed unit. Had everything I needed and more. Was more like a luxury unit of airbnbs. Eileen and Jeff were great hosts, and Eileen even brought over several trays of home cooking. I did not want to leave. Super comfy bed and linens, and super nice to have in floor heating and towel warmers. I was here for work relocation, and the serene quiet setting and beautiful accommodations made this much easier.

Jeff and Eileen were the best hosts. I wish we were staying longer 2 days were not enough. the space was so cute and it felt like a home. My husband couldn't stop raving about it! If we are back in the area I'm sure we will adjust our plans so we can stay here again. You won't regret booking this place 20 outta 10 would stay again ❤️
