Fantastic place to stay with access to shops , nice beach walks only minutes away. Fabulous host , very welcoming and great facilities to cook in. All guests really welcoming. Staying here provides a great wellness experience.

Such a fab place to stay! I love fun and quirky Airbnb’s with a difference and this was completely that. The cutest pods and a yurt in the garden (which didn’t get cold at all at night). Also has electricity and a TV which can sometimes be tricky to find in pod style accommodations. A shared clean bathroom but we never had to wait to use it. Nice kitchen space that you can use and we enjoyed chatting to other guests in there over morning coffee. We had an hour of bliss in the private hot tub and the camp fire on the Saturday night with some music was fun. It’s a few mins walk down to the beach and only a short 15 min drive to the centre of Brighton so the location is great to avoid extortionate prices in the centre of Brighton and for somewhere with lots of character and a great atmosphere! John was a lovely friendly host who we enjoyed chatting to. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great host, nothing is too much trouble. Fantastic location for easy reach to many nearby coastal towns such as Brighton, eastbourne, seaford. There’s a lovely cliff top walk on your doorstep and the hot tub is the perfect way to relax after a day out. We stayed in one of the new pods made out of recycled plastic bottles, such a cool and different experience. Beds were really comfy. Lots of eateries in walking distance too-there is also a large kitchen with swish amenities! What more do you need. Hoping to come back in the summer x

We have spent an amazing time at John’s house! Everyone is really nice and friendly, also really helpful giving us info about the place (groceries, parkings, etc.). We have enjoyed 1 hour jacuzzi included in the stay, definitely needed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
