Tim’s place was perfect! The view of the beach was amazing, the location was great, and the condo was very nice. The AC worked really well and the bed was comfortable. The free beach chairs and parking were a nice perk. We loved our stay and definitely would book here again!

This was our second time renting from Tim and Beth. They are wonderful to work with, the location is great and the room is beautiful. We will definitely be back and renting one of their rooms!! Thanks Tim and Beth for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful condo!

We have stayed at 2 other of Tim’s condos and we were always very happy. So we knew what to expect with our latest stay. He does an amazing job on his condos they are always decorated very nice and have everything you need. I especially liked that he had two different kinds of coffee pots, one drip and one Keurig. We look forward to staying in one of Tim‘s units again

This was our 2nd year staying with Tim and Beth and found it to be as enjoyable as the first. Their condo and its location are unbeatable. If youre a golfer...bring your clubs. Par 3 course is only 2 miles away.
