We had a wonderful time at Teresina‘s place. Thank you for explaining everything to us at the very beginning. The house is cozy and has all you need (even some toys for our little one). The best is the garden with the beautiful view. There is nothing better than eating outside on the terrace listening to the many birds chirping. The location is ideal as you can start exploring the most amazing beaches nearby (Tamatete was our favourite). We also enjoyed road cycling on the SP18 all along the coast. Overall: 10/10. Grazie !

Der Aufenthalt bei Teresina und Nikola war einer der schönsten, die wir bis jetzt auf Sardinien hatten! Das Haus ist super gelegen, man erreicht viele wunderschöne Strände innerhalb von wenigen Minuten und hat alles in der Nähe, was man für seinen Urlaub auf der Insel braucht (Supermärkte, Restaurants, etc.). Auch die Hauptstadt Cagliari ist nur 40 min entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Teresina und Nikola verlief reibungslos, von Check-in bis Check-out, man konnte sich immer an die beiden wenden und hat sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Beide sind super freundlich und sehr bemüht, man fühlt sich einfach rundum wohl. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

i proprietari sono stati molto gentili e premurosi. la casa ha un giardino molto curato, all'interno le stanze sono ben arredate e si ha a disposizione qualsiasi oggetto possa essere necessario, come a casa propria. zona tranquilla poco distante dal mare e da centri serviti. assolutamente da consigliare

Villa Margherita di Teresina e Nicola offre tranquillità e nel contempo vicinanza a Villasimius, Costa Rei e tutte le più belle spiagge del sud Sardegna. Tutto conforme alla descrizione dell'alloggio il quale è tenuto in maniera impeccabile, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i servizi come da descrizione. Teresina e Nicola sono persone squisite, molto cordiali e disponibili a fornire informazioni e assistenza quando necessario. Consigliatissimo.

Villa Margherita è una casa ben organizzata: c'è davvero tutto quello che serve in vacanza. Ottima posizione ideale per passare le vacanze tra Costa Rei e Villasimius. Anche i bimbi si sono trovati benissimo. Host davvero ospitali e disponibili.
