The apartment was exactly as advertised. Great location. Clean and convenient. Jeremy was excellent at communications. We had initial difficulty with the keys as he informed us but after the first time, we had no issues at all. I would highly recommend his place to anyone looking for a rental in NYC.

I stayed here for several months and it was an amazing place to stay. It was the perfect distance from Columbia and downtown! Jeremey was always so responsive and helpful and I enjoyed staying here. The location is so perfect!

Jeremy was a great host in every aspect. He was very prompt, curtious, and communicative. The place was exactly as described. Great location, quite and safe neighborhood, accessible to both Train-1 an A/C, equipped kitchen and pretty spacy for one person. Everything was also clean and comfortable. I arrived to the place at midnight and he gave me not only an early check-in, easy process to follow, but also he went beyond and provided a back-up plan in case the first apartment keys weren't available to me to avoid leaving me on the street till the next morning. I also had the place reserved for 3 months but due to work changes, he accommodated a very fair cancellation policy to me. I was personally very impressed by the place, quality, as well as how he conducted business with me. Highly recommend it. Thank you!

It is a well laid out unit with comfortable furniture, great amenities and had everything I need for a long stay. The proximity for subway can not be beat. The neighborhood is fantastic and I appreciated being able to walk a short distance for groceries, restaurants, coffee shop etc.
