Joshua’s place is rated a 5 star . Everything was nice, clean, and spacious. The location of the home was an easy find and peaceful,( safe, gated community) The heated pool/SPA was a plus. My family and I really enjoyed renting the property and yes, I will most definitely rent again.

We came with two families and this house was perfect! We visited Disney, enjoyed the pool and game room. Great house for multiple families. Clean and had all the necessary basics to cook! Would definitely recommend!

my family and I enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable and was very close to stores, restaurants and of course Disneyworld. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We came down with a 2 families and 2 set of grandparents. A total of 11 of us stayed in the home. There is ample room for that many people and love that we all had our own bathrooms. The space in the house is amazing! We loved the backyard pool and hot tub and how close the location is to restaurants, gas stations etc. We even made a trip to Daytona Beach one day which was only about 1.5 hours from the property. The home was clean, however, I feel it needs some slight maintenance. There's a lot of nicks in the walls, baseboards etc. The carpet is lifting in quite a few areas and we did have a cockroach in one of the bedrooms left on the table when we checked in. I will say that the people whom rented the home before us definitely smoked inside and left some trash outside the home which was slightly annoying. Being non-smokers, I didn't like smelling the smoke. We ended up going and buying candles to mask the smell. Also, check the propane when you arrive. It was left completely empty.

Lovely large, clean house with plenty of space. We were a family of 10 and stayed 12 nights, this place didn’t disappoint. It was so easy to drive to all the Disney and Universal parks, which was the reason for our trip. To come back here for some much needed rest and down time was perfect. The bedrooms were large and plenty of bathrooms. All the bedding and towels were clean comfy. Communication with the host was easy and they responded very quickly to and questions or requests we had. The only thing we would have liked was to be able to leave (or use previous guests) simple condiments such as olive oil, salt and pepper just to save on waste. Other than that that, it was a lovely place to stay and I would recommend to family and friends. We will also be back for sure.
