Cathy has a beautiful home. Bed was super comfortable. I was confused by pictures since she rents out different rooms. Ours didn’t look like the main picture but that’s okay. Overall a great stay for the money. Absolutely beautiful area, was worth the drive to her place.

Exceeded Expectations! This was our second stay and now my go-to for stays in Loma/Grand Junction area. Absolutely gorgeous home & beautiful setting. Acreage and lake provide a quiet country feel, yet 5 mins from town. Nice room, private bath, comfy bed, mini fridge/microwave and a bar height dining table & chairs. Access to full kitchen & laundry. With multiple living room & dining room and outdoor areas, there is plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax without intruding on each other. However it was fun meeting Cathy and the other guests during our stay. Appreciate the super dog friendly atmosphere & fenced yard. Cathy was responsive and helpful!

Great location and beautiful views! The home was cozy and had everything we needed, including access to a full kitchen and washer/ dryer. The private room was spacious and came with a bar height table and seating. The climate was perfect- nice and cool during the hot days we were there. Noise was not an issue.
