The Breeze was perfect! The home had plenty of space for our 14 guests, every room had a bathroom, privacy and incredible view of the sea. The house was a bit tough to locate, but worth the drive. The space was clean and the kitchen well stocked, we cooked most meals at home with our large group. We especially enjoyed gathering by the pool! Anthony was very helpful and responsive via text. Thank you Anthony for your hospitality and a wonderful trip!

The Breeze is beyond beautiful! It was surreal to look around and take in the stunning views. The house is massive and had plenty of room for our group of 15. Plenty of fridge space and room for the caterer to work who we had hired to prepare a few meals. Anthony was responsive to my questions and was quick with check in and check out instructions. SUPER easy check out without a lot of renter responsibilities. St. Thomas roads are challenging but we used My Love Taxi for transport. It really took the weight off me and the guests. We boated one day with Fun Hog and would also highly recommend them. Overall, absolutely 5 stars and would return!

Anthony is an incredible host. He was very responsive with all of our phone calls and texts. We did struggle actually getting to the property as we did not have a gate code in order to enter the gated community. We were pleased with the space of the property, however, this property is not well maintained. We had to scrounge for sheets for the sofa bed in Smith Bay. The half bath sink in the Pool House leaked in 2 places and we were unable to use it the entirety of our stay. The main kitchen faucet leaked from the handles and constantly dripped. The patio chairs on the Treehouse deck are torn. The dining table in the Pool House had a broken tile. A knob on the stove was cracked, and we had to remove it in order to turn off the burner. The dishwasher filter was very dirty and required cleaning. We lost access to running water one day (it was fixed). We were not given any extra toilet paper for 18 people for a week. We had to purchase a broom to clean the floors during our stay.

Our stay at the Breeze was absolutely perfect. Anthony was one of the greatest hosts we have ever had and it started with a phone call, texted instructions and a welcome call once we were settled in! The house is enormous! We only needed 5 of the 7 bedrooms. We had enough room to spread out yet come together to socialize in the main areas, which were spectacular! I don’t think there is a prettier view anywhere else! We all agreed we could stare all day!! The Breeze has everything we need, is clean and the beds are comfortable. We will stay there again!
