Ivan was a terrific host. He was very courteous, super helpful, and informative. He referred us to an excellent concierge who attended to all our requests. We really enjoyed our stay at his place and had a great time in Puerto Vallarta. The house was clean, neat, organized, and came with many amenities that we were able to enjoy during our stay (including a nice heated pool/ jacuzzi). Bring your own tennis and ping pong equipment (rackets/pads and balls) if you want to enjoy a nice game with friends and family. Thank you Ivan! Would definitely be staying here in the future.

Ivan is an Excellent host, very attentive, from beginning to end Ivan was very helpful in referring various places to visit in Puerto Vallarta.. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and spacious. The home is located in a very friendly & safe Community with 24 Hr Security,. Pool , play area, gym & Tennis court. Will Definitely be staying here in the future. Thank you Ivan.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan's place. It was super clean and very quiet. It was nice to have the community pool and gym as well! We felt that the place was also super secure, security at entrances and pool area. It might be a good option to have a car when staying here as it's in a gated community where you aren't able to walk to restaurants etc, but there are lots of uber and taxi options in Mexico. We also loved that it had a washer and dryer and also an oven which was great for our family. I would definitely recommend and stay again!
