Kathi is very friendly, communicative, and accommodating. Her home is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. She had everything we needed for a beach trip or to use the pool. The location is very close to restaurants, and local Mexican mercado. The house is clean I would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay here! The house is beautiful and spacious, and the backyard is amazing. The house had everything we needed and the guidebooks left for both the house and the area were really helpful. Kathi was super responsive and helpful with all of our questions. The neighbourhood is still being developed but the location is a close drive to groceries, the main part of town and the beach.

This place is gorgeous! It felt great coming home to air conditioning and a place that felt like home. The pool was a great temperature. Great kitchen appliances. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE. I e walked to the beach and the bucerias market. Taxis are readily available if you’d prefer that over 20-25 min walks. We would love to come back and stay again in the future!

The house was beautiful. We felt right at home and spent many days not leaving and hanging at the pool. The beds were lovely, and the backyard was great. It is about 15min walk into the heart of Bucerias which we enjoyed. Grocery stores are close and walkable or a very quick taxi ride back to the house. We are already looking to book again next year.

This casa is beautiful , spacious and well appointed with everything you need to have an amazing stay . The neighbourhood is set back from the tourist area which we preferred ,but still within reach of all the tourist things , beach etc if that’s what you are looking for! Grocery store is within walking distance . We will most certainly be back , thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us Kathi!
