Hotel-like room. The room is fully equipped and the common room is big. Nice location to have bus transits. Highly recommend.

Mark rang whilst we were on the way from Stanley to Launceston to tell us our 2nd bed had been damaged and he could only supply a queen bed for the night which was not appropriate is I’m travelling with my 20 year old daughter. He then told us he could put a mattress on the floor for Chloe but refused to do anything about the room rate because now the rooms are worth more!! So what really happened did you get a better offer? The room smells badly and has no opening window, scent bottle is empty, bathroom door handle is hanging off, toilet bowl rim was covered in pee stains. Not what we booked but we were stuck at the last minute and had no choice. Said he’d look at the room rate but did nothing about it.. 2 nights on the floor on an uncomfortable mattress was not what we intended Definitely won’t be back for a 3rd time, better options elsewhere if you book ahead like we did in September for February

The room was perfect for my dad and I! Mark was really helpful and sent all the info the day before we arrived. The location was ideal- close to plenty of restaurants and pubs! The complimentary breakfast was a lovely touch! I would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you Mark!😊
