We are 1.5 block easy walk to the beach on the Chesapeake Bay, the Bold Mariner Brewery, and Bay Oaks Park. This is a quiet getaway... not a party palace. Please be courteous to neighbors and drive slow as many children live in the neighborhood. We use electronic locks and self check-in/check-out. All linens are provided. You have the run of the entire house. Relax and kick back in the private back yard. Enjoy the piano room as your private office - if you really feel the need to work - or use the room for yoga! Cook yourself a custom omelet or make a smoothie in the blender, and sip your coffee in the sunroom while greeting the day. We have a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker. All TVs are Roku WiFi connected, meaning you can login to your own streaming services. I do not provide logins and passwords to my streaming services. Whole-house Cox WiFi is provided, but not cable tv. Digital antenna installed for local free TV channels in the living room. We are pet friendly with dog bowls in the kitchen and a poop scooper in the yard. **Dogs must NOT be left outside unattended at any time**. Also do not leave pets locked in the laundry room or sunroom. These are not climate controlled.**If you are concerned about separation anxiety - I can recommend some doggy daycare facilities. Most Pets are welcome with approval. (No ferrets, raccoons or llamas). Cat carrier required for unattended cats. Portable kennel provided and preferred but not required for dogs if well behaved. Dog show owners welcome. Please cover furniture with blankets to put a barrier against animal hair. Hose dogs off and dry them outside. No wet animals on the furniture - ever. Also please review local beach ordinances about dogs. Dogs are not allowed on beaches from 9am to 6pm between Memorial Day and Labor Day. We have some beach toys and floaties. Please hose them off when returning from the beach and hang beach towels in the sunroom to dry and shake them out. Please DO NOT place wet sandy items in the Washer/Dryer or on wood floors. Dog towels are located in the bottom of the hall closet and marked “Dog Towel” Driveway will accommodate large vehicles and parking is allowed in front of and on the side of house. Do not drive or park on grass and please do not block any sidewalks especially at the driveway. Our neighbor is wheelchair bound and uses the sidewalks to get around. We do not allow EV charging - I can recommend a near by fast charging station at Wawa.
