Young was an awesome host. He is very helpful and communicates well. Place is easily accessible with bus stop in front. Young went way beyond expectations by even providing a heater for the room. He even added a bidet for us without requesting because he noticed that we are not used to not having one. He is very accommodating and flexible.

Very good option for a short term stay and definitely worth it if you are on a budget- I drove into Adelaide from Melbourne just for the weekend and this guest room was convenient. There are close by transport options to the CBD which helps, and storage for a car which felt more safe. The host was very friendly and responsive and we entered the place easily. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived, would stay again!

The host provides friendly communication. The place was nice and close to all amenities. The only thing that I felt a bit uncomfortable about was the living room. Too much unnecessary furniture creates a confined space, and the toilet is outdated. It is highly recommended that the host refurbish the bathroom and front yard area. The rest is ok, and it's a great place to stay.

On arrival Young never greeted us , in the kitchen it was messy with dishes not put away , oven didn’t work , one fridge to try house up to 8 people in house , we had one set off bed linen , and towels to use for the entire 3 weeks and the floor in bathroom was covered with mould and after reporting it took Young it Took him 3 days to clean mould so price wise 49 dollars a day was a ripoff , they say “pay for what you get “ well we did and I’ll never stay in that house again
