The house is lovely with beautiful character features throughout and it is situated right in the centre of town. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well appointed. There are great cafes nearby - our favourite was Meg's Kitchen and The Barn has an excellent playroom for children. Overall we didn't enjoy our stay as the backyard was unpleasant to be in and we'd hoped to spend our time outdoors. The grass was overgrown, there was a broken lounge by the pool, exposed pool supplies and sitting at the outdoor dining table, we could see discarded items under the house. There was also a large open garage containing wood and other things that overshadowed the yard and was unsafe for children, but no way of blocking it off. It is a lovely home and a little bit of maintenance will restore the yard and have it match the beautiful house.
