This place worked great for our family. We had 10 in our family meeting here to go to a wedding. It was nice to have the downstairs and kids able to go to bed without the adults having to be quiet for fear of waking them. Also liked that the upper deck did not have stairs to go down so kids could be out there with us without fear of them going down steps Enjpyed the kayaks as well

We will be back!! Decided to spend Easter in Tennessee bc our son is attending Lee University. This lake house was absolutely perfect for our family of five, so spacious. Loved fishing off the dock, kayak rides, walks around the loop, ping pong tournaments & games on the deck. It felt like home. House had every thing you could possibly need. It’s hard to please all of us and we had NO complaints!!

We stayed at Clark’s home for my daughter’s wedding at Howe Farms. An easy 20 minute drive to the venue. The place was cozy and quiet and accommodated my large family comfortably. I just wish we could have stayed longer and got to enjoy all the property had to offer. We would definitely rebook with Clark if ever in the area again. Thank you Clark!

This is our 3rd time renting this house and we’ve never been disappointed. We love to sit back, relax, and enjoy the views. The owners are very responsive and seem to always make improvements to make this home better than it already is.

Myfavorite place by far. Host is absolutely wonderful! Really knows how to make a guest feel welcome! Very roomy. Very homey. Enjoyed the kayaks and firepit! This place was awesome!
