Smith’s place was worth every penny. The location is in Lekki Phase I , water front, and walking distance to grocery stores, liquor stores, and clothing stores. The unit is very spacious, rooms are large, and the building is easily accessible. The building is on a quiet and safe area with 24 hour security. Smith was very accessible, and had a management staff available to address any questions or concerns. The water pressure and temperature of the shower could use some improvement. The AC worked well. There were some power outtages, but the generators kicked in within one minute. This is a good location to stay.

We really looked forward to our stay in this beautiful apartment and we were welcomed by Apartment manager Funmi who was really helpful throughout our stay. Things we enjoyed were the A/Cs that worked, we felt safe as security guards are strict on entry, the distance to V.I is only 20 mins and there’s always electricity & Wi-Fi in the lounge & Netflix. Highlight was the Master Bathroom & Balcony. However, there were some issues which we feel should have been sorted out before we arrived. Broken A/C in 3rd BR, Broken shower head, Wi-Fi not reaching bedrooms and not nearly enough plates and cutlery for a large group. Though we did have Maintainance staff come to fix these things, it was an inconvenience and we didn’t have any privacy most days. If we didn’t have these issues it would definitely be a 5* stay. Hopefully the apartment is now fixed & ready for the next guests at our expense & time.
