Another Great Stay!

Thanks a lot for letting my wife stay at your listing. Everything is great from the check-in and check-out instructions to the responsiveness of the host and co-host. The master room is great and clean, with private bathroom is a plus. Only one down side is the whole place had strong cigarettes smell. Even the listing mentioned no smoke but my wife saw a lot of cigarette butts on the tray when she checked in.

This was truly a peaceful stay! From checking in to checking out, everything was perfect. I enjoyed having the extra privacy and thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness of the home. It felt right at home. I love how the fridge had designated areas for you to place your groceries in. Heating and cooling in the home was perfect as well. The bed was super comfortable and clean and the bathroom was spotless! Strived to leave this home in the perfect condition that I arrived to! It’s always a bonus being somewhere where the photos matches the description of what you’re walking into. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. If I needed anything, they were quick to respond. Very hospitable and thorough. If you’re in ATL, this is the place. Thank you again for a lovely stay! I will be back 💖💖💖

I was extremely disappointed with my stay here. Pros: •private bathroom •budget friendly •host INITIALLY responded quickly upon check in & other questions •kitchen & living room were in decent condition Cons: •cleanliness! Upon arrival, there was hair in the shower drain, streaks on the shower & mirror, stains on the comforter, and the floor was dusty & dirty. I switched out the bedding for my own. I also swept the floors myself •ROACHES!!!!!! I found many roaches in the kitchen sink, shower, and in the bedroom. Host wasn’t apologetic at all and tried to blame me •eviction note & drug solicitation note found on front door •got locked out in the cold & dark for 40+ min. Slow response from host & implied it was my fault & I was typing code in incorrectly (I wasn’t) •stayed for 10 days total & requested refund for 2 days due to the amount of roaches. Was ignored until I agreed to 1 day refund •loud & unprofessional cleaning lady. Disrupted my WFH meetings Hoping host makes changes

This place was everything I expected more. Very easy to get into with understandable instructions. Very responsive host. Very clean unit, very quiet unit, great value for your dollar. I will definitely recommend this host again and look forward to coming back again.
