There are no cameras inside the unit. The Details: The kitchen features a stainless-steel fridge, convection oven/microwave, cooktop, Keurig, Blender, Toaster, Kettle, and pretty much everything you need to prep a meal. The Master bathroom boasts a tiled walk-in shower, where you'll find toiletries and plenty of towels. Smoking of any kind & Hookah is NOT Permitted inside the property a $500 damage fee will be charged. Unauthorized PETS, fee $500 will be charged , and you will be asked to leave without a refund. There is a $35 damage fee for towels and linens. Absolutely NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS. IF THIS RULE IS BROKEN THERE IS A $1,000.00 FINE AND YOU will be asked to leave with no refund. Absolutely NO LOUD MUSIC. Quiet hours are between 10 PM to 10 AM. You will be fined $300.00 if this rule is broken. I will be available 24/7 for any questions.
