This chic, intimate, newly renovated mid century modern home, gets lots of sunlight and provides a cozy city oasis. There is plenty of kitchenware to host you during your stay in Atlanta. Our home is always spotless, as cleanliness is a priority to us. Audrey's Place is on a quiet street with very little traffic. It's a close walk to MARTA train or bus, everything you need is 15-20 min. Feel free to ask questions, we look forward to hosting you! ** there are cameras outside of the property** This home was built in the 1950s, we are the second owners; it has been newly renovated. We love this house because it feels like home to us. When you visit, guaranteed it'll feel like a home away from home. We have the essentials ready for you to make your stay welcoming and warm. There is a car port that can hold one car under the covered awning. You can park 3 cars in the driveway. One under the car port, 2 more in driveway. There is carpet in the bedrooms and hallway, original hardwood floors in the living and dining rooms. New modern hardwood floors in the kitchen and bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. BedRoom 1 (grey headboard): is the bigger of the bedrooms. There’s a queen sized bed, Smart TV equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, Amazon Prime and others. Please note you must use your own logins to access each app. This room also has a mirror, ironing board and iron. Bedroom 2 (orange headboard): is slightly smaller and has a TV with the Amazon Fire Stick. You'll have access to the firestick remote and TV remote. Use the TV remote to turn on the device and use the Amazon remote to control the apps. Please do not remove the remotes from the house. You will be charged $100 per remote. Bedroom 3 is an office/ bedroom. Sleeps one, It has a futon, a desk and a chair. The kitchen is small but quaint. Enough space for you to move around and make yourself and your family a good home cooked meal. We do not have a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer on premises, BUT it is located outside of the main house. The water heater is also in the same room. You will have a key to access the laundry room should you need to do a load of laundry during your stay. The green key opens the door to the Laundry room. You will find a green key in the kitchen, in the draw to the left of the refrigerator fridge.
