Clean and very comfortable. Good use made of tight space. Watch out for low ceilings! Quirky. Excellent welcome pack, good attention to detail. Good communication from host. Will happily return .

lovely little cottage with all the amenities you need for a short stay and only 2 minutes walk to filey centre.. friendly and helpful host who we would definitely recommend to friends and family

We really enjoyed staying here. The place was really cute and had everything we needed. The host was very kind and responded quickly to all messages sent. The welcome pack was very kind too. The beach and local restaurants were only a ten-minute walk from the property. We had a great time. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

we loved our short stay at Nicola's fab place... Really homely with everything we needed & more for our short stay, the welcome pack was really appreciated as was the washing up done for us during our stay 👍 it's in a great quiet location in walking distance of all that Filey has to offer... great communication & information throughout from Nicola, couldn't have gone smoother.... We would highly recommend Nicolas lovely place 💞
