Located with its own entrance and private patio space, it has a fresh coastal feel with smart TV, Wifi, comfy sofas, and dining kitchen. It's a little hideaway perfect for days at the beach and evenings out in Filey. It's only 0.3 mile short potter down to the award winning sandy filey beach as well as being right in the heart of the quaint selection of local shops, bars, pubs & most importantly some lovely fish and chips! Entering into the coastal dining kitchen it includes a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave kettle and toaster, washing machine and all the kitchen bits and bobs you might need. Plus dining space. Outside is a patio space and afternoon sun trap with privacy, bistro chairs and table, decking and bench. The bedroom has a king size bed with a bright modern feel and soft linens and the bathroom has feature coastal tiles, large walk in shower, and vanity sink space. We also offer those little extras for your little ones and fur babies. For children we have a highchair, cot (with mattress) plus a few little toys too. For your furry companions we have a doggy blanket and bowl. As well as being located in the center of the town there are lots of local attractions within a short drive, from wildlife watching at Bempton cliffs, the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds, rustic pubs in Hunmanby to walking the stunning Cleveland Way. We have a carport for private parking at the rear of the property, down a small lane, this is suitable for small / medium cars. We hope you enjoy your stay!
