I really loved the cabin for the size. Every thing was fenced innso that was wonderful i could let my son run and not worry if he was getting into anything. They had everything we needed. It was very peacful not far from town so easy to get anything you need.

What can I say , everything was as perfect as it could be! We arrived and couldn’t have been more pleased. Vickie has done an amazing job with every little detail, including a beautifully stocked kitchen, although I was spoiled this vacation and didn’t have to cook a meal 😀 But everything you could possibly need was there ! Clean , oh my goodness so clean and homey! We spent most our time out exploring ,waterfall searching and just enjoying nature so the peaceful and quietness of not having cable TV did not bother us at all ! We could instantly see that Vickie takes great pride in making sure her guests are happy and comfortable! We very much appreciate her opening her cabin to us for a much needed break away from the everyday hustle and bustle!

This is my second time staying at the cabin. It is very peaceful. Very clean and plenty of room. Beautiful wooded area. Convenient and close to Gladstone and a short drive to Escanaba. I have yet to use the awesome fire pit area but will make a point on my next visit. I would highly recommend.

Vickie's place is a haven of peace, which is what we are looking for when we come. It is homey, so cute, well stocked and clean. We love the beautiful surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere. The teepee is an awesome addition! The firepit is always ready to go and the charcoal grill too if you should decide to use it. We absolutely love our time spent here. We of course have already talked about a return visit again! Thank you so much for opening up your place to us! Thank you for being such a sweet incredible host too!
