This is our 3rd stay at The Old Chapel, we love the location and feel relaxed as soon as we arrive. The Old Chapel is pristine and comfortable. Lu is a thoughtful host who responds to messages quickly. Such a lovely home, we look forward to returning again in the future.

What a little gem. The Old Chapel is stylish and full of charming furnishings which give the place real character. The property is spotless and there are lovely little touches eg welcome treats (for humans and furry friends) to make your stay comfortable and effortless. Lu is friendly and responsive and we appreciated the local recommendations for gluten free dining. Highly recommend!

A beautifully renovated chapel close to Sandown. Spotlessly clean, all the mod-cons, very comfortable. Lu was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed both before and during our stay.

I love my quirky, ever growing family and my brilliant friends. I've got three amazing grown up sons and three beautiful grandsons! I've travelled to many parts of the world with my favourite travel buddy, that would be my husband Nic, and we've loved meeting new people, discovering new places and always trying the local cuisine. Being born on an island I think that being near the sea is in my blood and, whatever the weather or time of year, I love looking at the waves and how every day the same place is just a little bit different. I've loved everywhere we've visited from Cuba, with its vibrancy and music on every street to New Zealand and the wonderful chilled out people and incredible vistas, or South Africa for the ever present smiles and a penguin colony near to where we stayed, or the amazing surprise finds discovered on multiple USA road trips...the list is endless! Wherever we stay, it's got to feel right and have all those bits that make your day feel ok from the minute you wake up, just like home.
