A pleasant stay in a modern town house within steps of the beach and Sandham Gardens. Unfortunately Sandown in need of a lot of money being injected into it as it is very run down and sub-standard. Hopefully this new development will be the kick that is needed.

This was a lovely place to stay. It has everything we needed and made for a great few days away. The hot tub made for a special few days away and made it worth the price.

Great location, lovely modern accommodation. Very easy and handy to walk to beach and pop back in no time. Park opposite had lots to do for the kids. Sandown is run down but has shops to buy essentials. The beach has places to do paddle boarding/kayak which was great. Arcades on pier were fun for the kids too. Few good places to eat, very busy though with it being summer hols. The accommodation was lovely, clean and well maintained. Hot tub was fab! Kitchen well stocked, washing machine there to use and airer to dry clothes. Holiday company very responsive when messaged and even sent housekeeping round late in evening to split beds up and provide other bedding - thank you. Blinds a little thin in bedrooms, especially the yellow ones in one room where kids were…had to try blackout the windows so they didn’t wake at 4am! Building works still ongoing, expect some noise from 7am and path blocked partly on main road. Overall fabulous stay and would return 😀

Was a good location next to Sandown Gardens so lots for the kids to do in east reach. House was immaculate and the hot tub a real bonus.
