We had a fantastic family reunion at this house! There's plenty of space for everyone to have their own room, a big community kitchen, and fabulous outdoor space. The rooms were clean and fully stocked with linens and towels. There's lots of fridge space for food for a large group, as well, which was a lovely surprise. The hosts were wonderful, very helpful and reasonable! It was absolutely perfect, can't wait to return next year!

This house is pretty epic and a really great space for a big group. It is so nice to have private space for everyone with separate rooms including bathrooms and fire places. The communal areas are also perfect for gathering together for eating, drinking etc. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was really good. The place was super easy to find and North Conway had everything we needed - definitely recommended MOAT brewery. Being on the main road wasn’t ideal for us but it really wasn’t an issue in the end with the kids safe and not too much noise from traffic. Scott and his team were very good with communication and answered any questions almost immediately. There are a lot of rules but if you are a respectful and responsible group this really shouldn’t be an issue.

This was a family get together. This house was perfect large bedrooms with a bathroom in every bedroom. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen is great for cooking has everything you need. It has 2 washing machines and 3 dryers since you have to wash your linens prior to leaving it was perfect. Tables are round not square as shown on line. The place is better than it appears on line. Location is good close to everything and with plenty of parking. I recommend it if you are in need of a very large home.

The Cabernet Inn was perfect for our needs. It was beautiful and homey with a great kitchen. Multiple common areas provide spaces for separate conversations and activities.

Great place for a large group! Each room is lovely and comfortable, with a bathroom connected! We had a really nice weekend, great location and great house!
