Charming place with a very responsive host. It is truly vintage; the feel is great. Somewhat remote entrance, but quiet and remote.

The cabin was exactly as described. The cabin is very cozy, and you literally step back in time, but with all the conveniences you need. The kitchen was super clean. The back deck was perfect and the walk to the dock was easy. The lot has a very slight gentle slope, flat compared to other Smith Lake properties. We will definitely be booking this place again.

5 STARS We loved this nostalgic retro vibe cabin! We have stayed at so many different places on Smith Lake… some very luxurious and some just adorable. This cabin is absolutely one of our favorites! It is like stepping back in time in a very good way! It feels like you are back in your childhood and we appreciated every detail of it. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. It was very well equipped for our stay! The back porch and boat dock were perfect! Alan was one of the best host we’ve had. Thank you so much for sharing this special place with us and please keep it just the way it is! We loved it!
