Thank you very much Kostas for being such a wonderful host at your lovely apartment, we had such a brilliant stay. Thank you too for the lovely welcome drinks/pastries which was such a nice touch. This is a fabulous double-balconied and spotless modern apartment in a good location- the views are incredible. The location allows you direct access to a ‘local-favoured’ sandy beach for swimming as well as well as being just a short walk to the hustle and bustle of all the waterside restaurants etc. heading east or head west to the up-and-coming area near the Tanneries. A car isn’t necessary, but if you have one, there is easy parking nearby. It is peaceful too, and at night you will hear the waves lapping on the shore from the bed. There is really nothing much else quite like this place, so if you are hesitating, you shouldn’t. Top location, super place, and lovely host. We will be back!

Grand appartement moderne avec une vue magnifique dans un quartier tranquille et pour autant proche de tout. Parking facile dans la rue à proximité. Konstantinos est très avenant et toujours disponible. Dommage que le séjour ait été si court…

We were here a full week so we had plenty of “down time” at the apartment. We spent many hours on the huge balcony with the never ending view… sipping coffee as the sun rose, sunning, reading, eating, people watching, sipping wine as the sun set. We loved to step out the door to swim every day. The location at the far end of Koum Kari beach is ideal… away from the tourist and/or restaurant noise but within walking distance to everything. There are over 18 restaurants on Koum Kari beach alone. (Our absolute favorite was Pili) but Old Town is also just around the corner. Konstantinos’ spectacular hospitality only added to the previously mentioned accolades. He is so warm, welcoming, and engaging. His attention to everything - from chilled refreshments waiting in the refrigerator, microfiber towels for the beach, wash tub and drying rack for manual laundry… they all add up to a great experience. When we return to Chania, there is no other place we would ever consider staying.

Amazing location with unobstructed views out over the ocean and along the sea wall. Amazing restraints located just a short walk away. We especially enjoy being just at the end of the old town so it was not as busy but still very accessible. Beautiful rooftop terrace to take in sunset. There is even a small beach with great swimming directly across from the building. The condo itself was immaculate and modern. Came with beach towels and all the essentials as well as a lovely welcome gift. The building is very secure and felt safe. Konstantinos is an excellent host to checked in on us when we arrived and even arranged a taxi to pick us up when we left. We absolutely recommend for anyone looking to experience the old town area of Chania but not wanting the busy streets that come with being right in the downtown.
