Plus we accept pets, so bring those fur babies! "Urban Flair" is our bright and funky bungalow featuring talent from some of Charlotte's top artists. Urban street art murals from around the city dress the interior walls of this home. Each one shot by Charlotte's very own Ashlyn Austin of AVA Films. Get ready to be inspired to search the Queen City for these stunning artistic expressions while enjoying all Charlotte has to offer. Need a break and some relaxation? Take in the Charlotte climate while people watching with a glass of wine from the front porch, dive into your favorite book and a cup of joe while relaxing in the front sunroom, enjoy some yoga on the expansive back porch or take a dip in the toasty and inviting hot tub. Once you've entered the property with your own personal code, you'll find it easy to get settled in. The space is comfortably furnished for six with new FireTVs in the living room, master bedroom and the back courtyard bedroom, all streaming Netflix. Inside the house you will find 2 bedrooms (detached back courtyard bedroom is the 3rd Bedroom), 1.5 baths, well stocked kitchen, inviting living room and dining room and a beautiful front sunroom to enjoy. The Lounge has a twin size bed as well as a convertible Serta sofa and plenty of space to stretch out. Guests have full access to the whole house, which has two entrances via the front and back doors. Guests also have two off street parking spots and additional parking on the street if needed. Have fur babies? We love them too, so pets are considered. With our fully fenced back courtyard, they can run and play and safely explore. An additional pet fee of $60 per dog (one time charge) will also be added due to the extra work to ensure the home is free of pet hair for future guests. Please be respectful and pick up after your pets in the yard. **Additional $60 fee for not picking up after pets in the yard. Should you get the urge to do laundry … there is a washer and dryer for your convenience behind the curtains in the detached lounge. Please feel free to use, but try not to ;). You're on vacation for goodness sake! PLEASE NOTE: We have a VERY strict No Party/Event policy. If this policy is disregarded and a party happens there will be a $1000 fine and the deposit is nonrefundable if any sized party is held with non registered guests or vehicles on premises. Our home is a 100% smoke free environment, so smoking is prohibited inside the home. There will be a $200 cleaning fee charged if smoke is found. Thank you. Non registered guests that are discovered will incur a fine of $50 per guest.
