Jennifer was always in communication and answered any questions immediately. The cottage was clean and comfortable with all amenities, felt like home. Location was excellent, walking distance to restaurant and beach. Kayaking area was a 5 minute drive. Road is a private one so very quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Jennifer was a wonderful host. The property was perfect for our crew working in the area. Jennifer showed incredible kindness and support when our crew had to leave early due to the tragic mass shooting in our home state of Maine. It's people like Jennifer, who help others without being asked, that gives us solace when these heartbreaking events occur. Bless you Jennifer!

My family and I came across this house when looking for something close to a wedding we were attending. We enjoyed the location of this house the most as it’s a walk away from the beach and an awesome restaurant. The pictures were exactly as it was inside, the only issue we had was that the place seemed to not have been lived in for a while. There were Cobwebs/spiders in almost every corner of the place, the couch and bed sheets had some questionable red stains so we had to wash our sheets before sleeping in them, and the washer was quite dirty. Also the couches were VERY old and had like individual pieces of plywood under the cushions, it was very weird and awkward to sit on. We loved the outdoor deck with the lights and ambiance. The bathroom was beautiful and the updated shower had AMAZING pressure! This place was fine for what we needed, but definitely needs some updating and maintenance other than the bathroom.

Very comfortable house in a great location. Nice grocery store 15 minutes away and wonderful restaurant 1/2 block away. Andrew was very responsive to questions.
