Very nice place, the only issue is our room had a clog in the tub other than that it was worth the money.
the room we stayed in was nice but Itook my grandson with us and I had to take him out of the room up to 3 times or more each day except for the last day we were there because people were smoking marijuana and the smell was so string coming into our room to we couldn'teven stay in Tha room. Ireported it to the front desk an she sent a lady up there to spray the room an it made a difference until thestarted smoking again. an the lady that sprayed the room smelled the smoke and seen how bad it was. we couldn'teven breath in the room we all had to leave. but soon as we came back they would start smoking again. I payed almost $1200.00 for 5 days and the whole time we were miserable. the lady at the desk told me she couldn't do anything about the smell unless she knew where it was coming from.
Room looked exactly like the pictures. I was hesitant at first about it being a dog friendly hotel but it was clean, did not smell like animals, no animal hairs. check in at the front desk was easy only took a few minutes.
As soon as we got there the smell of mildew was overwhelming. With in the first 30 minutes of checking in we immediately drove to the store for disinfecting spray and paper towels. Checked for 5 and only had 2 blankets, then the front desk didn't have any so I had to wait 30 mins for blankets. Then the door keys were not once or twice but three separate inconvenient times our key cards did not work easily with young kids and a dog!!! Also advertise for pet friendly however there is only a very and I mean very small area you allow our furry family to use the bathroom. Meanwhile there are considerable grassy areas where dogs are not allowed makes no sense. To start our trip I sent several messages in regards to our dog with NO response whatsoever, the only response I got through the message is the response of NO in regards to canceling the first night of our trip due to a funeral, which was within the cancellation window. Absolutely found it infuriated our ENTIRE FAMILY. DONT RECOMMEND!
