The place is comfortable. The view is awesome. I love falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves. 12th floor - fast, clean elevator. Julie sends a separate contract - apart from Airbnb - with more than 60 things on it. If you break those infractions, you will be charged more. It didn't bother me since we are clean, non-smokers, and respectful. She also sends a thorough email regarding check-in and your responsibilities. It didn't bother me - the more information the better. Not Julie's fault but a homeless person threatened someone in my party - a police officer - and he quickly called the local PD. The building's management/security took it very seriously, as did the officer who answered, and it made us feel heard and much safer. Close to many fun things to do and places to eat. The only thing you really need to know is that if you are going to the beach or the pool - bring your own towels. A pleasant, comfortable stay with an amazing view - just what we wanted!

the apartment was extremely filthy. so much that there was still dog poop on the kitchen. I was going to wash all the sheets because there was still hair on them and took off sheets and pillowcases. the pillow cases were so disgustingly stained that again I could not imagine laying my head on them. the listing is excessive in terms of the rules about staining towels, sheets, etc. but I guess that only applies to guests. the floors were so sticky when you walked on them and the kitchen floor , fridge and microwave were just as dirty. I left the apartment and provided that information to the number I was instructed to reach out and they were checking into my refund.

Everything was exactly as listed. The place was amazing and Julie and support were very helpful when I had any questions. Highly recommend. My dog loved it too ❤️

Loved the two balconies, furniture was completely comfortable. Had lots of appliances, very nice washer/dryer. Clear instructions and fast elevator. Excellent view !!!
