Amazing location. Can’t beat this spot on the beach! House is comfortable and simple and everything you need is there. Our family with 3 under 5 really enjoyed this spot! We’d love to come back here.

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. Steps to a beautiful beach as well as the Surfside Pier, shops and restaurants. Jane was very responsive and was very gracious in handling the small issues that arose during our stay. This was a splurge for us for a special occasion so perhaps I am not the typical demographic for this budget but I wish more amenities were included in the overall rental fee. We are accustomed to having towels, sheets, bath rugs, and things like dish soap and dish towels, an extra roll of toilet paper, a few trash bags, etc. included in the rental fee. We drove there vs. flying, so it was not an issue to bring our own linens but I did have to buy several things once we got there because I did not factor some of that in.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this home and Jane’s hospitality. This is an incredible property with amazing views and beautiful decor. We enjoyed walking to all the quaint local restaurants and taking walks on the beach every morning during our stay. Jane was such an attentive host and extremely helpful and responsive during our stay. We were so sad to leave after staying a month and will definitely be back again soon! Thank you, Jane! Surfside now has a special place in our hearts.
