Great place! When we were there it felt like we had the stretch of beach to ourselves. Beautiful views from the house. One morning we got to see dolphins swimming from the balcony. We loved it!

Patrick's beach house was absolutely incredible. It was better than the photos and the beach was beautiful. Our group had a fantastic vacation because of the accomodations.

We hosted our three children and their partners. En suite bedrooms was very important and every bedroom had its own bathroom. The beach was so close and we enjoyed it multiple times a day. The back yard is wonderful with the hot tub, pool, and multiple tables for playing games/cards. The kitchen is well equipped and we were 8 minutes walk from two restaurants. We had a lovely time.

Great place, every thing worked, beautiful beach and pool, excellent decor inside and beds were great. Would recommend.

We were a group of 11 senior guys taking a reunion / golf trip to Myrtle Beach. Frankie's Fancy had everything we wanted - an oceanfront location, pool, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, and lots of space. The nicest space was the balcony with all of its rocking chairs overlooking the pool and ocean. Even with 11 of us there, it still felt very spacious and it was easy to find "alone" time when it was needed. We were able to park 4 vehicles and probably could have squeezed in one or two more. Patrick was super-responsive and helped to resolve a couple of minor issues. We enjoyed working with him throughout the process.
