We have stayed here on several occasions and it never disappoints. Beth is a fabulous host and get so many things right - the amount of information, her brilliant communication, the cleanliness of the house, the fabulously-equipped kitchen, the provision of high chair, children's plates/cutlery, toys and books etc etc. We really appreciate it.

This is the second time at No. 26, and no change in the lovely presentation of the house. It is such a comfortable and convenient spot. Great for walks! Beth had checked the weather forecast and boosted the heating, so I was very cosy. Can’t fault it, thanks again Beth!

Beth's property was beautifully presented, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. There's an excellent stock of games and books for all ages, should that be needed. Even the welcoming supplies were carefully thought out! Beth herself is very friendly and helpful. The property is in a great location for exploring the area, with local amenities being within easy walking distance, and places like Brighton, the coast and the Downs just a short journey away by car or public transport, and London is easily accessible by train. A lovely spot to be based for a lovely area!

This was a wonderful place to stay. We were there for Christmas and the house was even decorated for us. Everything was above and beyond what we expected. A lovely place, a lovely host and we will definitely stay again!
