Great location to downtown Cobourg and very straightforward for coming off Highway 401. Nicole was great when responding to our emails. Spacious rooms. I would definitely recommend this place.

Nicole's place was not what was advertised in the photos I saw when booking the place. Upon checking in, it was very stuffy and dusty as both my boyfriend and I were sneezing quite a bit. As we arrived late evening, we were starving and couldn't wait to cook. To our surprise, the kitchen utensils were not useable at all as they were melted off. Not to mention she did not have the basic cooking ingredients (salt, pepper, oil). I was very disappointed that we had to go out of our way to the grocery store to buy these necessities since we expected the host to provide it. If you decide to book this place, bring body wash because they do not provide it for you. Instead, they provide you with 3 shampoos and 2 conditioners. When we went into the bedrooms, both bedroom bed sheets had multiple stains and little pieces of hair on them. We definitely did not feel comfortable sleeping in them. Overall, our experience here was horrible and for the price we paid, it was definitely not worth it!
