Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Blick. Je nach Wind zeitweise die Autobahn zu hören. Matratzen etwas weich, leider auch 2 große Kakerlaken in den Bädern während des Aufenthaltes. Der Service/Betreuung 1A.

Maria has a beautiful house with a lovely pool and a stunning few. Nice outside kitchen, and if there is a small problem, reaction id adequate! Chapeau Maria!

The villa is lovely in a quiet hillside setting with fantastic far reaching views over the sea. All the bedrooms are large & spacious with all but 1 having ensuite bathrooms. The living space and kitchen is modern, bright, comfortable and spacious and the pool area is also big with amazing views. There is a lovely table to eat outside and modern gas bbq to use. The villa also benefits from good security with an electronic gate and plenty of space to park either in the drive or on the street. The shops and village of Portals Nous are a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk. In terms of a host Maria is fantastic answering all questions quickly and thoroughly in advance of our stay and was very helpful in providing additional items we required for a baby. Once we had arrived her brother / house manager was on call quickly to respond to any problems we had. The only issue we encountered was with the air conditioning system which one other review had stated wasn't brilliant. In general the system is very good and does provide cold air to the villa. The problems we had (the system has) is that it seems when multiple people shower the whole system shuts down for a couple hours before restarting. Also in one of the bedrooms it wasn't really working well. When we informed Maria and the house manager of this they were very quick to respond and get a technician out to try and work out what the problem is. I hope they manage to find what is wrong with the system so this can be sorted for future guests. Maria was very considerate of the issue and did provide compensation as a result. Overall we had a fantastic stay (minus the small a/c issue) and would happily book to come back and stay again.
