My stay with Maritza was absolutely amazing. i stayed with her and her husband for 3 month and they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comofortable and enjoyable. The have been exceptional Hosts and their hospitality remains unparalleld . From providing insider tips on local hikes and attractions to taling me to a St. Patricks day Parade they Made more than sure I enjoy my stay with them.

I stayed here for 3 months while completing my clinical work and Maritza and Flip were wonderfully accommodating hosts. From my first day they made me feel at home and welcomed me to the neighborhood. They helped introduce me to their friends and local events to go to and helped me find things to do! My car broke down 40 minutes away from town, Martiza drove out to pick me up after my car got towed and Flip was at home waiting for us with a warm meal. In the three months I was away from my family, I felt like I had my own CO one with them. Gypsy and Hercules were adorable little cuddle buddies who are always excited to greet you when you come home! It was an amazing experience and I felt like I hit the jackpot with my living situation with them.

Maritza and Flip were great hosts and very accommodating. They suggested some local restaurants & breweries and I was not disappointed. Their dogs are super friendly. You are very close to lots of outdoor recreation opportunities. I recommend Garden of the Gods for hiking or just taking a walk.

Maritza, Flip & the people! (Pups) are the most heartwarming, welcoming people you’ll ever meet. Not only we’re they kind enough to allow us to stay with them in their lovely home, they made the experience 100x better by recommending us places to find the best food in the springs and the amazing hikes for the best views. They’re very social but completely respect your space and privacy which is hard to find. Maritza was even kind enough to show me maps and trails of her personal favorite sports. Maritza will accommodate as best as she can and it didn’t go unnoticed, and she was ALWAYS extremely responsive, I hardly needed anything while I was there cause she made it very accessible and resourceful but anytime I needed to message her or ask her something, she replied quickly! The space was very cozy and we were provided everything we needed. I recommend this space for anyone that’s looking for for a lovely affordable stay for a short trip like I was or something more long term as well.

The apartment was very aesthetic, I loved all the plants! The host was very kind and friendly and made sure to provide me with all the amenities I needed. Great place to stay for the price and I love the dogs!
