Studio apartment 350 sq ft. in the rear of a large private home . Private entrance. Kitchen is fully stocked with microwave, toaster oven, blender, toaster, hotplate, pots and pans, 12 cup coffee maker, dishes etc. Private bathroom with spa like shower, washer and dryer in the unit. BBQue grill, outdoor patio and a fire pit also for use on the property. Private room bath and kitchen situated at the rear of our home. Private entrance. Very peaceful location with an outdoor patio with some chairs for relaxing and a gas fire pit and a barbecue grill.

Easy to get to and beautiful view. A cute little room with everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we needed and the host was helpful with any questions we had on our way there. 10/10

Beautiful views of pikes peak. Very comfortable bed and great water pressure. Suite had everything we need.

The home is situated in a hilly neighborhood within walking distance to hiking trails and a large park. You may see squirrels, deer, bunnies and even occasionally a racoon or bobcat about. My chickens may also occasionally be spotted. It is a quiet peaceful neighborhood.
We will provide a few bicycles for guest use but are not responsible for any injuries or mechanical malfunction. We will do our best to keep them in good repair and functioning. Bus stop is a half mile walk which will transport you to almost anywhere in town you wanna go. If you are interested in routes let me know and I can get them for you. Also shopping and restaurants within half mile.

I love to visit and vacation at Lake Powell, Hawaii, Yellowstone National Forest and Historical visits across the United States. I am friendly and easy going as a guest, but careful and attentive to details as a host. I know what if feels like to have someone who is respectful of your space and property.
