With central air, new stunning new flooring, a newly renovated bathroom, dining space, kitchenette and spacious living space with a classic stone fireplace. Located in an established, peaceful neighborhood. Come enjoy a night cuddled on the couch by the fireplace or enjoy a dinner on the patio with beautiful views of Pikes Peak. There will be a shared entrance into the home but you will have a private entry into the basement. There is no shared space inside your suite. The basement suite is completely private. Please be aware that the space above your basement suite is our primary residence, so you will likely see and hear us coming and going through your stay. We have two friendly senior Labrador retrievers and a golden doodle pup in training. There are 12 stairs down to the basement suite. There will be no onsite laundry services, however, there is a nearby laundromat. Please make sure these arrangements will work for you before booking.
