Breezy Palms was beautiful and private. We loved our own private pool and that the canal looked onto green space. So peaceful! Frank was very responsive and checked to make sure we found the place and that everything was to our liking. It was a lovely get-away!

Frank is great and the house is a perfect fishing or family getaway. The pool and hot tub were great at the end of a long day of fishing and the kitchen was well stocked to make dinner. It's in a quiet location on the far end of the Sombrero golf course and the canal leading out to the ocean is loaded with Mangrove Snapper and Barracuda. The dock was big enough to fit a 22' AND a 28' boat at the same time even though the lift doesn't work(and I wouldn't put my boat on someone else's lift anyway). The driveway is big enough to store a trailer and a few cars. The screened in wrap-around porch is great at keeping the mosquitoes away at night. One of the 4 bedrooms is separate and downstairs with it's own kitchenette which is nice if you're a few couples and someone wants their privacy. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was beautiful and clean, location was great. As other reviews mentioned the queen bedroom and kitchenette is at ground level and separate from the main living area. We did not need to use this space but we did look at it and it was very nice and clean.

Frank’s place was paradise to our family! Perfect private lot & home nice pool and neighborhood. The beds were comfy, house was clean and had everything we needed! Frank was very responsive and helpful! We will definitely rent again from Frank! Thanks for the best family vacation in a long time! Cathy & Ross
