My husband and I (and our dog) spent a fabulous long weekend at Donna’s (Definitely follow her directions as GPS wants you to go past the turn to the house!) It was exactly as described! The house itself is wonderful and was very clean and comfortable. Knowing it was our anniversary/husband’s birthday, she went above and beyond and surprised us with cards, cupcakes and wine. It is secluded and peaceful! There is a great grassy area behind the house that was perfect for taking the dog out. WiFi is strong and we had no issues even during a passing thunderstorm. If you’re looking for a perfect place to relax and unwind, look no further! We’re already talking about going and staying there again!

We loved our stay at this gorgeous cabin in the woods! It was peaceful and quiet, and the perfect spot to catch up with family and play a bunch of games and cook a bunch of food. Also, we loved having areas right behind the house to walk in the woods with our dog, and very much appreciated the house being pet friendly 🐾

This was our second stay at the Mountain Escape. It’s a fantastic home away from home! It’s the perfect meeting spot to meet up with our MD friends! We were there for NYE and the home was decorated with outdoor Christmas lights and a tree. The one story home is beautiful and clean, perfect for our toddlers to run free and play. Thanks for everything!
