STAY AWAY!!!! This is place is nothing like the photos and the reviews. Maybe this was a nice place previously but not anymore. This place is dirty and nothing inside works. We checked in for our trip and was quickly surprised about how bad the condition of everything was. Everything was dirty, the bathrooms, the beds, the kitchen, etc,. There was no functioning safe, water would go out randomly, lights would not work randomly. The host will act like she is trying to help but at the end you’ve bought into a bad property because of false advertising. Airbnb has not been helpful whatsoever in this dispute. Book at your own risk. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

This management team is incredible. They were communicating with us prior to our arrival and helped us plan our trip itinerary. They're truly wonderful at what they do. You will not be disappointed by your stay here!

I want SO badly to give this house a five star rating, it’s absolutely beautiful, the host is super kind and helpful, there is a private guard who stays up all night to walk you home safely…but we definitely encountered a few problems during our stay. First, the location with it being right near the beach clubs meant we could hear music all night long - like literally until 9am, and even on Sunday night. It was pretty ridiculous. Then, not only did we not have hot water the entire weekend but we eventually lost water completely. For the whole other part of the weekend the host and maintenance man were extremely helpful and responsive, but when we lost all water they went completely MIA!! We didn’t get the water back for hours, it was very frustrating. The place though is stunning and clean! Each room has a hammock, the views are spectacular, and the food the host set up with a private chef dinner was delicious, but the cons were major and really put a damper on my bachelorette trip…

Wonderful place with great hosts near all the “action” in Tulum. Walking distance to a wonderful cenote (highly recommended to chill and swim!) and beach bars/restaurants etc. Set back from main beach road and a bit hard to locate by drivers but Chloe and Sara made sure that we got in and out ok. Main house with two rooms downstairs with shared bathroom next to kitchen. Upstairs a wonderful and very bright “honeymoon” suite with shower and tub in en-suite bathroom. Two little “private” cottages with 1+2 bedrooms. Multiple outdoor areas w tables and chairs including rooftop. Great for a group. Excellent communication with host team starting well before our stay - they stocked the kitchen as requested with bread/eggs/fruits/wine/milk etc. before we arrived - very helpful! (There is a 7/11-type market for basics including wine and beer very close but no proper supermarket in the beach/hotel zone.)

We went for a bachelorette with 11 girls and it was truly such an amazing experience. The location of this air bnb is walking distance to most of the beach strip clubs and dining places. There was also a cenote that was a 5 min walk that Sara told us about! Sara was so accommodating for our group- when our shuttle cancelled last minute she helped round up taxis early morning for us and communicate with drivers and make sure we weren’t getting jipped. Lucio was also heaven sent! He made sure that all girls made it home safely each night (which was in the wee hours) and would walk us from the street entrance to the house so we could see. Additionally, he took care of any unwanted bugs that made it in to our rooms 😊 they had the house fully stocked when we arrived and Sara helped us check in and show us around/ gave recommendations. I can’t give enough stars to them or the place!! Thank you all so much again.
