Could be cleaner. Fridge was dirty, bathroom floors had hair and there were stains on walls and carpet.

Matt’s communication was great! The apartment is within walking distance to the football stadium. Great location for a football game. Matt had lots of kitchen items (crockpot, air fryer, etc) available for us to use. Unfortunately, the pictures on the listing were not accurate. They are of a similar apartment but not the exact one. The apartment needs some TLC to improve the stay- new shower liners, carpet cleaning, fridge cleaning, wall and blind repairs, and a few other minor things we suggested to him. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a great time!

Matt is a great host and responded quickly and was very helpful. It was great to have use of his apartment for a football weekend in Morgantown!

Very clean and accommodating. Perfect for WVU football weekend. Kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. Plenty of space to visit with Family and Friends. Check in is very easy and Host very communicative. Enjoyed our stay.

This stay was perfect for a weekend home game! Matt was super accommodating for my friends and I! And we were well within walking distance to the stadium! Can’t wait to come back next time!
