The single room is located on the first floor. The room is equipped with hard floor (no carpet), powerful shower and blackout curtains. Free toiletries and courtesy tray with tea and coffee. Guests can relax in the secluded decking area and in the back garden, a little gem in the Inverness city centre. The Coo's Guest House is located 5 minutes walking distance from the city centre, on a traffic free street. Free parking on site (subject to availability) and secure bike storage. Family and child friendly.

The coo’s guest house is a lovely place, easy to find with parking and a 10 minute walk to the river and town centre, would defo stay there again on my next trip to Inverness!
Federica’s place was everything described and more! I loved how close it was to all of the places I wanted to visit, very walkable and easy to find! The room was such a quaint and clean little room, I was impressed! Breakfast was also delicious! Would highly recommend this guest house for a comfortable stay in Inverness!
